Description
To establish the Office of the Administrator General.
Terms of Reference
Pursuant to a referral by the Attorney General in January 2011, the Law Reform Commission agreed to examine the feasibility of the introduction of the office of Administrator-General. The review took place between 2011 and 2012. The Commission recommended the establishment of such an office which carries out duties and functions similar to those of a public trustee or of a public guardian.
